This is to inform you that Mr. Ashok Shinkar has tendered his resignation as Whole Time Director of the Company w.e.f. 31st December, 2010 and the Board of Directors of the Company has accepted his resignation. However, Mr. Shinkar will continue to be associated with the Company as a Non-Executive Director.
