This is for the information that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on 28 May,2007. In addition to the regular matters below mentioned matter will also be discussed in the Board Meeting.

1. To consider and approve the appointment of Cost Auditor for the Financial Year 2007-2008.

2. To take a note of BIFR Order in the matter of merger of the Pharmaceutical Products of India Limited with the Company.

3. To take a note of BIFR Order in the matter of merger of Doctors Organic Chemicals Limited with the Company.
