Mr. Mohan Kumar Rayana
Promoter & Whole Time Director
Mr. Mohan Kumar Rayana graduated from the University of Mumbai with a bachelor's degree in pharmacy (B.Pharm). He is the Founder, Promoter, and Whole-Time Director of the Company with over 30 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
He plays a pivotal role in shaping the vision and path of the company along with the team and is actively engaged in strategy, investors meetings, talent enrichment at key senior positions, Mergers and Acquisitions, problem solving, & fundraising.
Mr. K. Chandran
Whole Time Director & Vice Chairman
Mr. K. Chandran, a Bachelor of Science graduate from the University of Mumbai, is the Co-Promoter of Wanbury. He has over 28 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and has been with Wanbury for more than 20 years.
Mr. Chandran has extensive expertise in sales, marketing, domestic and international markets. He is also actively involved in the Company’s corporate affairs, contributing to its growth and operational strength.
Ms. Anupama Vaidya
Non Executive Independent Working Director
Ms. Anupama holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Pune and a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Human Resource Development from the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune. She has evolved into a seasoned business management professional with more than 30 years of rich and diverse experience across industries, including Conglomerates, Manufacturing/Engineering, Construction, Information Technology & Services, and various organizational functions.
Ms. Anupama has been awarded the titles of "Super Women Achiever – 2021", "100 TOP Coaching Minds - 2020", "TOP HR Minds – 2018" by World HRD Congress.
Mr. Mridul Mehta
Non-Executive Independent Director
Mr. Mridul Mehta holds a BE in Computer Science from the Maharaja Sayajirao University Baroda and an MBA in Finance from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Bangalore. He has over three decades of experience in Business Strategy, Consulting, Investment Banking, and Management.
Mr. P. V. Shankar Dass
Non Executive Independent Director
Mr. Sankar is a highly accomplished pharmaceutical industry leader with over 35 years of experience in building and scaling businesses across India and emerging markets. From 2014 to 2022, he served as the CEO & Director of Curatio Healthcare Private Limited, a domestic dermatology and cosmetic pharmaceutical company. Under his leadership, the company grew from ₹60 crore to ₹300 crore and was successfully divested to Torrent Pharmaceuticals at a business valuation of approximately 7x — a major milestone in India’s pharma M&A space.
Prior to Curatio, he spent 25 years in senior leadership roles at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, where he was instrumental in building market-leading brands across therapeutic areas. His leadership helped position Dr. Reddy’s Gastroenterology, Cardiovascular, and Oral Care portfolios among the top in the Indian market.
Over his distinguished career, he has developed and executed business strategies for brand building, organizational growth, and market leadership across India and emerging markets.
Mr. Manojkumar K. Gursahani
Non-Executive Independent Director
Mr. Manoj Gursahani is currently serving as the Executive Director of the Mumbai–Global Chamber since April 2023. He is the Co-Founder of Vera Healthcare Technologies, an AI-based platform focused on the early screening and detection of Diabetic Retinopathy, Glaucoma, and Age-Related Macular Degeneration, established in February 2010. Additionally, he has also been the Managing Trustee of the Indian Relief Foundation since May 2018.
He previously served as Chairman of the US India Investor Forum from 2012 to 2020 and has also held the position of President of the Indo-American Society. Mr. Gursahani is a published author, TED speaker, global strategist, and currently serves as the Mumbai Chair for the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce.
