- Cherish Life India Foundation is an NGO that focuses on supporting medical treatment & comprehensive care for the under privileged and marginalised sections of the society suffering from Leukaemia/Lymphoma.
- This foundation will support the medical treatment and maintenance cost of a number of children, along with the specialised personnels such as consultant Paediatric Haematologist Oncologist social worker, phlebotomist etc & also sustain the quality of the ward by supporting recurring maintenance cost. As the hospital taps patients from all over Maharashtra there is an increasing need for further support & care for all the children.

- To impart knowledge and education without discrimination based on race, religion, caste, sect, class or region.
- To establish, adopt and maintain educational institutions for pre-primary, primary, secondary, higher secondary graduation, and post-graduation studies.
- To construct, purchase, rent and maintain educational institutions, hostels, halls, libraries, science museums and laboratories, equipping them with necessary instruments.
- To undertake and support educational endeavours and activities.

- The foundation primarily focuses on well-defined projects and programmes which would include: - Eradicating hunger, poverty and malnutrition
- Promoting preventive health care through Mobile Health Clinics, assistance to Primary health Care Centres, safe drinking water and hygienic sanitation facilities, watershed management projects for improvisation in water tables, bio-toilets etc.
- Promoting education and livelihood enhancement projects, including special education and employment enhancing vocation skills etc. among children, women, elderly, and the differently-able.
- Programs & Projects aimed at Environmental Sustainability and Ecological Balance, such as increasing Solar Power footprint, increasing the Green Cover and afforestation, protection of flora and fauna, animal welfare, aggro-forestry, conservation of natural resources and maintaining quality of soil, air and water.
- Protection of National Heritage, Art and Culture including restoration of buildings and sites of historical importance and works of art; setting up public libraries; promotion and development of traditional art and handicrafts.
- Promoting Low Cost Housing for EWS and LIG citizens through Slum Area Development programmes and Affordable Housing programs with a view of reducing inequality in socially and economically backward groups
